How it works

    We call to confirm your details, test one redemption at your counter, and two people on our team approve the offer before any rider sees it.

What does it cost?

Nothing for your first 3 months as a Founding Partner: your station listing and every redemption are free. After that, a flat fee per station per week, never a share of your sales. Sponsored spots in the app are separate and paid, and only if you ask for them. We show you the price card before your 3 months end, and you decide whether to carry on. If you stop, your offer simply comes down.

How are the codes checked at my counter?

The rider opens the voucher on their phone. It shows your shop's name, the offer and a code that starts with RR-. Ask them to tap Mark as used while you watch: the voucher turns grey and cannot be shown again. You type nothing, keep no list and need no device. Every redemption counts in the report we send you every two weeks.

If a rider shows a voucher that is already grey, or for another shop, it is not valid. Tell us if that happens often and we look into it.

How do I stop?

Write to partners@railrobin.com or tell the RailRobin person you know. Your offer comes down within one working day and riders stop seeing your shop. During the free 3 months there is no notice period and nothing to cancel. We delete your contact details on request.

What can I offer?

One plain fact, up to 60 characters, that a rider can check at the counter: a free add-on, a discount, a combo price. Not allowed: superlatives ("best", "famous", "No. 1"), links, and anything in the categories we never promote (loans, betting, crypto, "earn from home" schemes, paid job offers, political or religious messages). You can change the offer later; the new one goes through the same two-person check.

Do I need an app, a machine or a GST number?

No app and no machine: the rider's phone does the work. A GST number is optional: add your GSTIN to the form if you have one, or leave it empty. You can give it to us later.

Which stations, and how soon?

Any Namma Metro or Chennai Metro station, for shops within a short walk of an exit. The pilot is just starting, so we are signing a small number of Founding Partners near a few stations first. If your station is not in the first batch, we tell you so honestly and keep your details for the next one, if you agree.
