Delete your account in the app
A one-tap Delete account button is coming to Me → Settings. Until it ships, ask us from the app as below. It takes about a minute.
- Open RailRobin and tap Me.
- Tap Help & support, then Request a call back.
- Choose the topic Account and sign-in and write “Please delete my account”.
- Pick any time and send. We confirm with you on your registered number, then delete your account.
Delete your account without the app
Don't have the app any more? Email us from any address:
- Write to support@railrobin.in with the subject “Delete my RailRobin account”.
- Include the mobile number you signed up with (and your RailRobin ID if you know it). Never send us a sign-in code.
- To make sure the request is really yours, we may send a code to that number or call it.
- We confirm by email once your account is deleted.
What gets deleted, and what we keep

| Usage analytics | Not linked to your phone number or name; expires under Firebase's analytics retention |
| Server logs | Kept for security for [1 year], then deleted |
Delete some data, keep your account
- Saved Robin chats: turn off “Save my Robin chats” and delete them in Settings.
- Usage analytics: Me → Settings → Privacy → “Share usage analytics” off.
- Location and notifications: turn them off in your phone's settings.
- Groups: leave any group from the group's page.
- Anything else: email us and say what you'd like removed.
Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your phone, but not your account. To delete your account, use one of the ways above.
